Prof. for Gynecology, associate prof. in Public Health and Health & Business administration, all graduated from the Tel Aviv University. He holds MD, PhD degree in health science research and two Master degrees in Business and health Administration as well as a bachelor degree in Law. He has completed 2 medical residencies, in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Healthcare Administration. His medical career started at the TLV medical center 25 years ago. From 2010-2014, he served as Director General of the Israeli MoH. In 2014, he was appointed to be a Senior Health Policy Analyst in the OECD in Paris. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of DayTwo Ltd. Since 2014, he is also a board member of The Citizens’ Empowerment Center in Israel (CECI), and co-chairs the ‘Physicians for Management Leadership’ prog. at the business school at the TLV University. Since 2015 he servs as Chief Executive Officer of The Tel Aviv (Sourasky) Medical Center.
