Michal Hemmo-Lotem, M.D. serves as Vice President for Innovation at the Sheba Medical Center. She’s a trained Pediatrician, an expert in Leadership & Management, and in medical innovation (mentors entrepreneurs in two Israeli accelerators), a top Lecturer and an author. Lotem is 2 times graduate of XMed at Singularity University, A graduate of 2 leadership programs. She has 20 years of experience as a senior manager and entrepreneur: As the Vice President for Innovation at the Sheba Medical Center Fund; As a senior advisor and future Vice Chairman of the first virtual Pediatric hospital being founded in China; As the founder and CEO of HILI Ventures – Institute for Leadership and Impact investments, serving as board member and an adviser in a leading impact enterprise. As the founder and CEO of JDC Institute for Leadership and Governance,(ELKA) and the Head of the Philanthropic Division in JDC; As the founder and CEO of BETEREM – Safe-Kids, Israel’s National Center for Child Safety. Lotem is also engaged in extensive public activity: served as a member of the Advisory Committee of the National Economic Council that advises the Israeli Prime Minister, and in many public boards. and as a partner in the establishment of organizations such as Midot, Round-Up, GuideStar, Woman Wage Peace and many more
